I LOVE NATIONAL THEATRE AND NATIONAL THEATRE LOVES ME
12 - 13 March on Lille Scene
(Act II of KAFAK aka FKKAA AKAKF)

REHEARSAL KAFAK

Taking a performance dispositif of Joseph Beuys' performance „I Like America And America Likes Me“ we want to make a rupture in the concept of national theatre as representational mechanism for national identity and make it a kind of self enclosure. We'd like to introduce Amerikan concept of national theatre, understanding nation as a body and not as an idea. Therefore we have decided to enclose ourselves into a theatre of operation of last chapter of Kafka's novel “Amerika”. Since we don't see any essential relation between theatre as infrastructure, it's naming and national identity, we are sure that this theatre can be temporary National Theatre Of Oklahoma.
